Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $45 or more (3–7 business days)
- Standard Shipping $5.99 on orders under $45 (3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping $14.99 (2–3 business days)
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Delivery times above start once your order ships.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
About shipping fragrance
Our perfume mists contain alcohol, which carriers classify as a limited-quantity flammable item. Most orders ship by ground. In rare cases this can add a day or two to delivery, especially for remote addresses.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email a photo to shy78854@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll replace it free.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
