30-day returns

You can return any unopened, unused perfume mist within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of bottles that have been opened or sprayed.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or you received the wrong scent or size, email us at shy78854@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.

How to start a return

  1. Email shy78854@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the unopened item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or we made a mistake.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Bundle orders

If you return part of a bundle, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid for that item.

Exchanges

Want a different scent? Return the unopened bottle for a refund and place a new order for the scent you'd like.
